You thought you owned a property in a wonderful tourist
complex, but with the A3C that will be over in a few years!
Interference in co-owner general meetings, door-to-door canvassing, a defamatory
website and Facebook accounts, a program based on lies and slander, personal
attacks.. The A3C's actions are far from seeking to improve ‘living together" on the
Coudalère site. It is simply a policy of "divide and conquer."
Doesn't anything shock you in this cleverly concocted amalgamation designed to
“dismantle" ASLIC? Don't you find this relentless drive strange? Perhaps to satisfy
your interests? Don't be fooled. It's not your interests that will be served, but your
own good that's at stake. Because it's all about transforming it.
And why rule the site? For whose benefit? Let's explain:
1 This is a program to weaken ASLIC, intended to reduce the extent of this collective
body whose vocation is to unite all the owners, including the 12 co-ownerships it
comprises, in order to transform the Coudalère site.
2. This transformation consists at focusing on permanent residential development
in order to overcome the housing difficulties encountered in the Perpignan area as
the city centre empties and the first outskirts reach saturation.
3. The A3C therefore operates with a higher objective that escapes you, but leads
you there. Worse, it makes you believe in a cost-cutting program to seduce you
when, ultimately, it is leading to the downgrading of the tourist site.
4, The A3C intends to outsource a large portion of ASLIC’s responsibilities. In
addition to the extra costs incurred, which are presented to you as a cost-saving
measure, the dismantling of ASLIC is planned, a move you'll only regret later.
5. ASLIC is poorly defending itself, indeed, because its managing board had never
imagined being confronted with such madness coming from the inside. Because
they are owners like you, even neighbours, who blindly endorse this madness.
We won't name anyone but the ringleaders identify themselves in their vile actions.
And the big losers in the end, when there's nothing left to do but sell a property
whose tourist value will have substantially dropped, who do you think they are?
Not only will your property be devalued, but this program, repeatedly touted by the
A3C, is a predictable fiasco. Let's just remember that the design of holiday apartments
is not suitable for year-round residences for families, often with children, especially
during the winter season, without extremely costly transformations (particularly
insulation and heating). Will you be asked to finance them?
Neighbours and friends, let's put an end to this sterile division
for our own interests
Let's not give in to the attacks of a handful of destroyers of our tourist site, driven by
carefully concealed higher interests. Let's stand up for ASLIC.
