The aslic is deaf and ignores co-owners.

It is established that several ASLIC members regularly consult our Facebook group. However, it is clear that our demands, although legitimate and clearly expressed, remain poorly understood or even deliberately ignored.

The president of ASLIC has called a new meeting of the Union, scheduled for 12 May 2025, devoted in particular to the preparation of the General Assembly. Part of the agenda announced is:

• Presentation of the accounts for 2024;

• Allocation of profit;

• Vote on depreciation allowance;

• Update on the 2024 salary policy;

• Presentation of the updated budget for 2025;

• Presentation of the 2026 budget estimates.

However, it is once again regrettable to note that this move is taking place against a background of persistent deliberate violations of the ASLIC statutes.

We invite you to take note of the letter sent by two delegates to the president of ASLIC, which specifically highlights and denounces these serious breaches of statutory obligations.

We solemnly call on all members to remain vigilant and mobilized to demand the respect of rules, transparency in management, and restoration of democratic functioning of the Aslic.

Mr. President,

You have convened the union for a meeting scheduled for May 12. During this meeting, the following items should be discussed:

- the presentation of the 2024 accounts

- the allocation of profit

- a vote on the depreciation allowance

- a point on wages 2024

- the presentation of the updated 2025 budget

- the presentation of the budget estimates 2026

- the 2025 animation program

These topics, which are of great interest to the owners, require a thorough study of the accounting and budgets that will be discussed. Or:

despite our request by e-mail of 10/04/2025 and reiterated at the Union meeting on 18/04/2025, you refrain from communicating to the delegates the information necessary for the preparation of this meeting

· Article VI-8 of the statutes of ASLIC provides that the Syndicate generally verifies the accounts of ASLIC. We note that you do not apply this statutory provision beyond a simple presentation of the accounts and in the absence of any control. We remind you that it is not the responsibility of the auditor (not provided for by the statutes) to substitute himself for the Union in order to carry out this control mission which remains the exclusive competence of all the delegates

as regards the animation programme, in addition to being mentioned very late, it is not subject to any consultation with the main beneficiaries and of course no prior information of delegates on its content, cost and funding

· as we have already reminded you in our e-mail of 10/04/2025 and according to articles V-7 © and VI-8 of the statutes: on the accounting side, he (the Union) establishes the annual budget of the association and its provisional budget. It is therefore the sole responsibility of the Union to establish the budget of ASLIC and not its President or Director. You envisage a simple presentation of the 2025 and 2026 budgets that the Union has not prepared and for which it has never contributed to its development.

We continue to denounce your willingness not to involve the representatives of the co-owners in the operation and management of ASLIC. Union delegates are not involved in the decision-making process as required by ASLIC’s bylaws. You have deliberately transformed the Union into a registry of your decisions with your manager. If this mode of operation receives the approval of a majority of delegates who are only too little involved in their functions and do not inform their constituents, it is our duty to denounce these methods and these violations of the statutory rules of ASLIC.

You do not provide any financial information, you knowingly misdirect the role of the Syndicate that you install in a spectator posture of your own management and you do not respect the statutes of ASLIC.

Under these conditions, we hereby ask you to:

have the updated budgets 2025 and forecast 2026 drawn up by the Syndicate in accordance with articles VI-8 and V-7 © of the statutes of the ASLIC

have the Syndicate verify the 2024 accounts of ASLIC by communicating to it all the accounting documents for the 2024 financial year and keeping at its disposal the supporting documents relating thereto, according to article VI-8 of the statutes of ASLIC

We draw your attention to the consequences of not acting on these two requests, in particular with regard to the validation of the 2024 unaudited accounts at the next general meeting.

Today, ASLIC members must be kept informed of your practices that lead to many malfunctions (invalid accounts, services not done, projects not executed, delays in execution, postponed measures, confused communication...) and a growing discontent of co-owners who feel a loss of confidence in ASLIC. As usual, you will abdicate your responsibilities by blaming these disorders on owners who disapprove of your governance and delegates who oppose voting governance.

On the eve of a general assembly that will review your presidency, it is our responsibility to alert all members of ASLIC of your actions against the Union. Therefore, this notice is open to all co-owners who will judge the way their representatives are treated.
