On the threshold of a new year that is beginning and in a difficult and unstable period, it is essential to preserve shared islands of happiness, joy and friendship.

On behalf of myself and the A3C Office, we wish you all the best for 2025.

During this period, our Amicale will continue its activities in order to best defend your interests and foster the ties of friendship and good neighbourliness on Cap Coudalère.

The entire A3C team will remain mobilized to inform you about your rights and interests as owners. As such, I recently requested an appointment with the city hall to express the dissatisfaction of a large majority of owners on the high increase in housing tax on second homes. We also want to collect municipal information on the sustainability of the increase in TH which may seriously impact the tourism real estate market and the cost of ownership in the municipality.

Finally, 2025 is a year of change as we will have to elect representatives to renew the Union and thus the president of ASLIC.

These elections, scheduled for next June, will be the occasion hope the, to really change the management and operation of ASLIC and to measure all the consequences on the amount of our charges and the right to transparency that expect all the owners of Cap Coudalère!
